1. Who we are

This website (librianai.com) is operated by VIENNA MARKETING OÜ, registry code 14563209, Narva mnt 4, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia ("we"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: collab@librianai.com.

2. What data we collect

Contact form. When you submit the form we receive your name, email address, brand/website, the type of enquiry, your message, your IP address and the time of submission. This data is sent to us by email and stored in a server-side log so your request is not lost.
Visit analytics (first-party). For each page view we record the page URL, referrer, IP address, approximate location (country and city derived from the IP), browser, operating system, device type and a session identifier. This data is stored in our own database and is not shared with third parties.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

Responding to your enquiry and negotiating a collaboration — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
First-party visit analytics and protection of the site against abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. How long we keep it

Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Analytics records are kept for up to 24 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed by our hosting provider (server infrastructure). IP-based location is resolved via a geolocation service at the time of the visit.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal). To exercise any of these rights, email collab@librianai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

7. Cookies

The site uses a single first-party session cookie, required for the contact form's anti-spam check. We set no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
